Meet Sally Giedrys
Copywriter and marketing communications strategist Sally Anne Giedrys has been helping businesses connect with their customers and clients for more than a decade. Sally’s wide-ranging background has taken her into public relations, media relations, corporate communication, marketing, advertising and journalism. And writing. Lots of writing.
After working with diverse clients in a variety of industries, she's discovered that it's not about what you do. The basic tenets of strong marketing communication are the same. Sally does her best work with clients who have a few things in common: they’re decision-makers with a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication, a keen interest in authentic marketing, a passion for their work, and personal integrity.

- Writing view books to market innovative graduate-level business programs
- Crafting a series of white papers and press materials to showcase an international company's proven expertise in green design

- Helping entrepreneurs develop e-zine and web site content that reflects them and their businesses
- Leading development of marketing campaigns for a traveling series of natural science exhibits
- Documenting the development of one of the nation’s first digital library initiatives
- Crafting case studies to promote best practices in marketing and business
- Creating press materials for the launch of a $19 million capital campaign
- Developing a cultural adventure planner to showcase cultural offerings in a revitalizing city
Before making marketing communications her chosen career, Sally was alternately running around covering "the news" and sitting at the editor’s desk, crafting interesting feature articles (and deciding which press releases made their way to a story— and which ended up in the trash bin).
Sally graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication and has never stopped looking for opportunities to learn, professionally and personally. After many years of living and working in New England, she is currently exploring life in Portland, Oregon. She knows from experience that life is one unpredictable and joyful adventure.
